What most of our jobs look like

In Torrance, it's rarely a storm. It's a pipe in a 1960s wall, a shower pan that finally failed, a water heater in the garage, or a leak that came through the ceiling from the unit above. So we've built our approach around indoor water: finding it, following it and drying it without tearing out more than we need to.

How we work

We measure first. Moisture meters and thermal imaging show where water has travelled, and the readings decide what comes out. You get a daily log of those readings, along with photos and a written scope, which helps with insurers, landlords and HOAs.

We coordinate with your plumber. If a concealed pipe is being replaced, the city requires a permit and inspection, and we keep walls open until it's signed off.

We keep you in the loop. Every visit ends with a plain-language update: what's dry, what isn't, and what's next.
